This week is Carers' Week; its a National campaign to highlight the challenges and the contribution unpaid carers make across the UK and this year's theme is putting carers on the map.
It's really important that we recognise the valuable contribution that unpaids carers, families and friends make and ensure that they voices are heard, loud and clear.
We have a number of events going on this week - you are all welcome to join.
Monday 10 June - Staff Carers Together Peer support group - over a third of NHS staff are carers - email jane.tibble@southernhealth.nhs.uk for more details
